Deep Nourishment: a Nature-Based Mini-Retreat (Oakland Hills)

Sunday, March 31
1:00-4:00 pm
Redwood Park, Oakland Hills

Step out of the hectic pace of modern life and into more natural and nourishing rhythms

Touch into ancient wisdom within you and around you from the land, creatures, and elements

Plant your soul seeds for spring

Take home practices you can use to connect with the healing power of nature for yourself, your clients and your community

Join us to experience a peaceful and healing nature immersion journey in a safe, supportive, Earth-honoring community. Together we will open to a deep and respectful relationship with the land, plant our seeds of intention, receive guidance from nature allies, and express our gratitude. You’ll leave feeling profoundly restored and rejuvenated, and with practices you can use to access healing and inspiration from the natural world wherever you are.

You will be amazed by how different you’ll feel after just three hours!

You’ll also get a taste of the transformative experiences we will share in our five-day Ecotherapy Immersion Certificate Training in May.

Both programs will be co-led by Ariana Candell, Founder of The Earthbody Institute, and Kai Siedenburg, Founder of Our Nature Connection.

Register in advance to save your spot and receive important details about where to meet and what to bring (use form below).

Note that the date was changed to Sunday, March 31—with an eye toward warmer, drier weather!
