You will be amazed by how deep we go in just a few hours, and how different you will feel!

We’ll gather on a scenic trail with redwoods, oaks, ferns, and a lovely creek. You’ll be guided through gentle yet powerful practices that will help you connect more deeply with the peace and beauty of nature and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

You will take home simple tools you can use to bring greater ease and balance into daily life and to receive more profound benefits from time in natural settings.
